Orders ship in 2 business days when placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 2pm EST we will process your order the next 2 following days. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday we will process your order the next 2 following days. We ship out in 2 day intervals, we strive our best to get packages out no later than 3 business days.

We ship worldwide USPS first class mail 2-5 business days to the U.S and 5-10 business days outside of the U.S, shipping times may vary. Please allow 24 to 48 for your tracking to update.

We do not ship on weekends, Please note we are closed on Sat/Sun so no orders are processed or shipped on the weekend. We only ship Monday-Friday by 2-pm est, holidays and weather issues may cause a delay in deliveries.

Because of the nature of our business, we only offer First Class Shipping and Priority Mail if your package weight is or exceeds 13oz. We do not offer Priority Express Mail or Overnight Mail.

Should your package get lost or never make its way to you for some odd reason, please understand we cannot be held responsible for what someone else does. When you purchase from us you are agreeing to these terms. Dont email us saying you want a refund when its already clear right here what will happen. We will not issue you a refund or send out new product for a mistake we did not make.

Consider it a lost, not to be harsh but there is no beating around the bush here. The best that can be done is to offer you a coupon, if you don't read this before you make a purchase you stand in no place to be upset, point fingers or tell us what is or is not fair.

Should your package be returned to us/or not returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, a partial address or you were not present to collect your package... ETC. We will not issue a refund for your entire product or products purchased including shipping cost "NON NEGOTIABLE"
Why? Because we cannot resale any items that are returned to us.

However, if you request that we Re-Ship your item back out to you, you are responsible for shipping fees + rehandling fees. Why rehandling fees? Because your items are shipped to a completely different location. We would have to go to that location and retrieve your package then go through the process of shipping your item out all over again. We will invoice you the fee for Re-Shipment

If you pay by E-Check your order will not be processed until your E-Check has cleared. For example, if you purchased something on the 10th of the month and your E-Check doesn't clear until the 27th of the month your order will not be processed until the 27th of the month or the next day.

Please do not ask us why we haven't shipped out your order when you know good and well your E-Check didn't clear until 1-2 weeks later. We will not ship out any items until we receive payment. (We are using the 7th and 27th as example dates)

APO addresses must show labels on the package, we can customize what's inside your package if ask, but not what's on the outside. We are not responsible for items/packages held in customs. Once the package is shipped the USPS is now in control of package processing. If your item is returned under any circumstance we will not issue a refund for products purchased or for shipping fees.

Due to the nature of our business and products, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our products. Once you've made a purchase that has been processed and in our systems, we will not reverse any purchases for any reason.

If there is something that we've done wrong or incorrect on our behalf which concerns your purchase order we will take full responsibility. However, you have 8hrs from the date, time and tracking information of delivery to let us know if there is an issue. If you do not inform us of any issue within 8hrs upon receiving your package regarding your order we will not assume or take any responsibility regarding your order.
