$11.95 UPS Flat Rate Shipping and Fully Insured, Orders Ship Same Day If Placed By 2p.m Est Monday - Friday. If you place your order past 2 p.m it will ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m est will ship the following Monday.

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NOTIFICATION ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY IT WILL NOT UPDATE UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR WEATHER ISSUES

WE ARE CLOSED SATURDAY & SUNDAY, NO ORDER PROCESSING ARE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING TIME FRAME. AS WELL AS NO ORDERS ARE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY OR ON HOLIDAYS.  PLEASE READ OUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY BELOW. All orders that have the same name and same address will be combined and shipped out together (No Exceptions).

We ship UPS Priority Mail, once your order has shipped it should arrive within 5-8 business days. It can take longer depending on your states/countries shipping zone, weekends may vary since it is not a business day.

If you find that your tracking number is not updating please make sure to give it 24-48 hrs after you have received your shipment notification.

We only offer Priority Shipping, We do not offer Priority Express Mail or Overnight Mail. Please make sure you enter your email address at checkout, that is how you'll receive your tracking information.

You can always click on tracking history to follow your package. Again, If you did not provide an email you won't be able to track your package

HOLIDAYS
We always take an extra (2 days) to process and ship out orders on top of scheduled deliveries. Sometimes holidays may fall on a thursday or friday and maybe the weekend. If this is the case orders will be shipped out that following Monday or 2 days after.

RE-SHIPMENT
If you request that we Re-Ship your item back out to you it is no charge, however, if you are responsible for any mis-information you are responsible for shipping fees, we will invoice you the fee for Re-Shipment. This usually occurs if you put the incorrect address in at checkout and it comes back to us.

E-CHECK
If you pay by E-Check your order will not be processed until your E-Check has cleared.

P.O BOXES/ APO /FPO /DPO
APO, FPO or DPO addresses must show labels on the package, we cannot customize or change information that's inside or outside your package. We are not responsible for items/packages held in customs. Once the package is shipped the UPS is now in control of package processing. NOT ALL P.O BOXES /APO /FPO /DPO ARE ACCEPTED FOR (UPS) SHIPMENT/SHIPPING

LOST, DAMAGED AND STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package was lost, damaged, or stolen please go here to UPS to file a claim, all packages are insured. This is an issue that only UPS can help you with thoroughly, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages in shipping/transit/delivery. RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If there is something that we've done wrong or incorrect on our behalf which concerns your purchase order we will take full responsibility. However, you have 8 hrs from the date, time and tracking information of delivery to let us know if there is an issue. If you do not inform us of any issue within 8 hrs upon receiving your package regarding your order we will not assume or take any responsibility regarding your orderSince we are closed on Saturday and Sunday and you receive your order on a Friday we must see an email from you within the same 8 hr time frame on either Friday the latest Saturday by 7 a.m ( EST)
